We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If you cancel within the first 14 days of creating your account, you are eligible for a full refund.
This does NOT include renewals for on-going subscriptions (details below)
Ongoing Subscriptions & Renewals
Per our Terms & Conditions, we do not offer refunds for renewals & ongoing subscription plans or any unused time in your subscription.
Flowjot's services are recurring subscriptions with no long-term contracts required.
This allows you to cancel your membership or adjust your subscriptions anytime. Those changes are applied at the end of your current billing/subscription period.
If you no longer need your subscription, you may cancel your account before your next renewal period to prevent auto-renewal.
PLEASE NOTE:
Should you cancel, your account will remain active for the remainder of the billing period. It will then automatically close at the end of your subscription period.
You can still make the most of your remaining subscription time by submitting requests before the end of your subscription period.
Important: If you do not submit a cancellation, your subscription(s) will auto-renew. To cancel, go to Settings > Manage Subscription inside of the Flowjot Portal
